Jumeirah Beach Hotel Dubai

The kids' club at the hotel was a game-changer for us. It was a haven for our little ones, allowing us to enjoy some much-needed relaxation time without any guilt. The staff there were like Mary Poppins, keeping the kids entertained and happy from morning till evening.

The location was perfect, right by the beach and with stunning views. the exclusive amenities were simply luxurious and our needs were well catered for. the spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a wide range of treatments to choose from. the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sun terrace were all amazing.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the dinner was a bit pricey. this was outweighed by all the other amazing facilities and services provided by the hotel.

The room was absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. The colors of the sea filled the room, making it feel like a tranquil oasis. The premium bedding and 24-hour room service made me feel pampered, and the Club benefits in the suite were a delightful addition.

I found the air conditioning a bit too strong for my liking, but I understand that others may enjoy it.

The staff gave me travel tips on my first visit. This place suits me perfectly. Free internet, parking, 24/7 reception/security, child-friendly facilities, beach access. Coming back for a city break. Perfect for families.

Multiple pools and a private beach with stunning views. The children's club is a great place for kids. The dining area is bright and beautiful. Exclusive villas with private pools and terraces. A wide variety of international cuisine. Close to Madinat Jumeirah and Wild Wadi Waterpark.

Oh, such a shame that the New Year's Eve Dinner options came with an extra cost. How generous of them to make me pay for a special holiday experience!

Lovely views, friendly staff, beautifully decorated room with surprises each night, family-friendly with beach and swimming pool nearby, attention to detail in refurbishment and modern elegance, great customer service and anniversary cake.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and close to many great dining options. The facilities were well-maintained and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape from the heat.

One minor annoyance was the noise from the bar on the ground level, but it wasn't a major issue. Another downside was the walk to the Club Lounge, as it was always busy and there were never any seats available.

Club Executive Rooms offer excellent benefits, great views and automatic blinds that keep out the sun. The staff provides the best customer service experience ever, and the buggy services are convenient to move around the big resort. The turn down service includes chocolate and slippers, and the water park is fantastic. The location is also superb, with many facilities that make for a wonderful holiday experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with Beachcombers overlooking the beautiful beach. We had access to a private beach, which was a great bonus. The Wadi Water park, which was amazing, added to the fun activities we could enjoy during our stay. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a clean bathroom and cozy beds. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel had impressive facilities, including a pool area for relaxation. the hotel offered a wonderful experience.

We were disappointed by the misleading advertising for the restaurants that supposedly offered live music and entertainment. This was a letdown and affected the special occasion we had planned.

We enjoyed the hotel's location, with stunning views of the Madinat waterfront and easy access to the beach. Our kids had a great time at the kids club and with numerous beach activities. The breakfast had a great variety and the service from the staff was exceptional, with room tidying done twice a day.

On several occasions, the staff were unprofessional and lacked empathy towards my family.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location near Jumeirah private beaches was perfect for me as I love spending time by the sea. The hotel facilities were excellent and clean- from the pool to the amazing breakfast selection. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making my stay more comfortable. the complimentary transportation to Wild Wadi water park was a great added benefit.

My purpose of travel was for a leisure getaway and I stayed at Jumeirah, Dubai for two nights. The hotel offered an amazing swimming pool and beautiful gardens, with a stunning view of the Burj Arab. Additionally, having free entrance to Wild Wadi water park next door was a huge bonus. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Location-wise, it was great to have easy access to other Jumeirah Group hotels and restaurants, utilizing the buggy service and free water abra taxis. a fantastic experience!

The best aspects of our weekend getaway were the friendly staff and the free water provided throughout our stay. The staff was always cute and accommodating, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. having access to free water was a great convenience, especially during the hot weather. The hotel's location was also perfect, with fine views of the ocean and easy access to nearby attractions.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. The cleanliness of the bath and shower could have been better, and the coffee machine in our room was difficult to use.

As backpackers, we loved the variety of restaurants, pools, and beaches. The entertainment options were outstanding, and the staff had a "nothing is too difficult" attitude. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. This is definitely the best family hotel we've stayed at.
